Norwich City travel to Molineux on Sunday to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in the final away game of this season. Kick-off for the match is at 2pm.
The opposition
Wolverhampton Wanderers are eighth in the Premier League, with two games remaining. Sitting six points behind seventh-placed West Ham United they only have slim hopes of qualifying for Europe next season, following a run that has seen them win just three times in the last 10 games.
However, in that was a recent game against Chelsea where the team battled back from two goals down to grab a point at Stamford Bridge.
Head to head
In the head to head record Wolverhampton Wanderers hold the advantage, having won 32 of the 63 matches, with Norwich City picking up 14 victories. The Canaries won the last encounter though, thanks to a header from Kenny McLean in early February that gave us a 1-0 win at Molineux Stadium in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round.
That was Norwich City's first win at Wolves since October 2016, when goals from Cameron Jerome and Robbie Brady sealed a 2-1 win for the Canaries.
Referee watch
The referee for Sunday's game is Tony Harrington, with his assistants being Marc Perry and Derek Eaton and Lee Mason on VAR.
This will only be the second Premier League game Harrington has taken charge of with the other coming on April 20 when Newcastle United hosted Crystal Palace.
Harrington took charge of three Norwich City games last season. He was the referee who crucially spotted that Marcus Tavernier had touched the ball twice from a penalty kick when Middlesbrough played against the Canaries. He ruled out the goal, before awarding Norwich a penalty kick later in the match, which Teemu Pukki converted. He also sent-off Marlon Pack in Norwich City's 2-1 win at Cardiff in January 2021.
