Josh Sargent scored twice as Norwich City claimed a 2-0 win away to Blackburn Rovers in the Sky Bet Championship.
Kenny McLean returned to the starting line-up for Liam Manning's side, with new signing Pelle Mattsson named on the bench for the clash at Ewood Park.
Norwich registered the first chance of the game as Ben Chrisene struck an effort from range, with Balazs Toth pushing it behind for a corner.
Papa Amadou Diallo worked well to get to the byline and get a shot away, which Toth deflected out for a corner.
Sargent wasn't too far away with a couple of attempts for the Canaries, but the American saw one attempt go wide and the other one was over the crossbar.
Just before half-time, Blackburn were reduced to 10 men. Sargent got in behind Sean McLoughlin and was felled in the area. From the penalty spot, the US international sent Toth the wrong way to open the scoring.
In the second half, Blackburn looked for a route back into the game and Vladan Kovačević made a fantastic double save to deny Augustus Kargbo.
Kovačević was called into action once again, making a point-blank save to keep Norwich ahead and keep out Ryan Hedges' effort.
In the first minute of stoppage time, the victory was sealed thanks to a thunderous effort from Sargent, who found the top corner in emphatic fashion.
After the international break, Norwich face Coventry City away from home as they continue their Championship campaign.
