Norwich City ended 2024 with a point, drawing 1-1 at home to Queens Park Rangers in the Sky Bet Championship.
An own goal gave QPR the lead at the break, before a late Marcelino Núñez curler meant the points were shared in NR1.
Kenny McLean returned to the Norwich starting line-up, replacing Emiliano Marcondes in the only change from Boxing Day's win over Millwall. José Córdoba returned from suspension and was named on the bench.
The game's first chance fell to the away side, as Lucas Andersen met Kenneth Paal's cut-back on the edge of the area, but his shot was wide of Angus Gunn's post.
Moments later, Norwich registered their first shot. Núñez fed Borja Sainz, with the Spaniard putting his opportunity off-target.
Anis Ben Slimane forced Paul Nardi into the first save of the game, with the French goalkeeper getting down well to deny the effort.
In the fourth minute of stoppage time at the end of the first half, QPR would take the lead. Jimmy Dunne got up highest from a corner, with the ball eventually going in via Ante Crnac.
Sainz almost found an equaliser just before the hour mark, latching onto Slimane's disguised ball forward but Nardi was quick off his line to deny.
Shane Duffy was next to threaten for the Canaries. The Irish international met McLean's corner and his header looked destined for the net, but for Nardi to claw it away from goal.
Sainz had a golden opportunity to level, as he stole the ball high up the pitch but could only find the side-netting with his effort.
Ashley Barnes was the next to meet a corner at the back post, but couldn't guide his header towards goal as it went wide of the post.
Núñez curled in a late equaliser for the Canaries, finding the bottom corner brilliantly as Norwich levelled.
It's a quick turnaround for the Canaries, as they travel to Kenilworth Road on New Year's Day to face Luton Town (KO 3pm).
