Liam Manning named an unchanged side from the midweek defeat away to Derby County, with Mathias Kvistgaarden returning from injury to be named amongst the substitutes.
The home side went in front after only six minutes. Žan Vipotnik fired beyond Vladan Kovačević at his near post to open the scoring.
Swansea nearly added a second goal, but a smart stop from Kovačević saw Josh Key's effort tipped onto the post.
Kenny McLean was behind a Norwich chance after a surging run, but the Scotsman's effort was off-target.
Three minutes before half-time, the Canaries were level. Liam Gibbs sent through Josh Sargent, who put the ball across goal for Jovon Makama to bundle home to equalise.
In the second half, Jeffrey Schlupp forced Swansea 'keeper Lawrence Vigouroux into a save, tipping his shot over the crossbar.
After a quiet second half, Swansea restored the lead after 70 minutes as Vipotnik fired into the bottom corner from long range.
There wouldn't be an equaliser for Norwich, as Alan Sheehan's side claimed all three points.
The Canaries are back at home next weekend, as they host Hull City at Carrow Road.
