As per the club’s Ground Regulations and ticket terms and conditions, supporters are reminded that the throwing of any object within the ground is prohibited. Any supporter found to have done so may be removed from the ground and reported to the police, as well as referred to the club's Sanction Panel. On matchdays this season, as part of a collaboration with Canaries Trust and Norwich Foodbank, there will be a permanent food bank donation point located at the Support Hub (located on Geoffrey Watling Way). It will be open during the hours of the Support Hub on matchdays while items can also be dropped off at The Nest's reception.
