Norwich City's final home fixture of the 2025/26 season will see Swansea City visit Carrow Road on Saturday, April 25 (KO 3pm).
The Canaries go into the game off the back of a 2-1 win over Derby County midweek, Mohammed Touré and Liam Gibbs on target on the night.
Vítor Matos's side sit in 11th just four points behind Norwich City after two wins and two draws in five.
Their midweek outing outing saw them claim three points against QPR on the road.
When the two sides met back in October, the Swans were 2-1 winners at the Swansea.com Stadium.
