Philippe Clement's men travel to the midlands on the back of a win away at Wrexham. Anis Ben Slimane and Jovon Makama were on target in the 2-1 win in north Wales.
West Brom were winners earlier in the season at Carrow Road, beating City 1-0 in October. The two clubs are also due to meet in the FA Cup fourth round in February.
