Norwich City Under-21s midfielder Elliot Myles was in action for Wales Under-19s last night, scoring the winner in their 3-1 EURO qualification win against Turkey.
Myles was substituted on at half-time, scoring in the 82nd minute to seal the victory.
The win moved the Welsh side off the bottom of the table in Group G, following losses to Portugal and England.
Four other Canaries were in action on Tuesday evening; Onel Hernández and Cuba losing out to Trinidad and Tobago in CONCACAF Gold Cup qualification.
Anis Ben Slimane played 45 minutes in Tunisia's World Cup qualifying 2-0 win over Malawi and Oscar Schwartau's Denmark Under-19s side were 2-1 winners in their EURO Under-19 qualification tie, securing their passage to the tournament.
Academy alumni Vatan Özcan also played a full 90 minutes for Turkey Under-17s who faced Sweden in a UEFA Under-17 Championship Qualification fixture.
