NCFSC to host Mental Health Awareness Evening

Norwich City Fans Social Club will be hosting a 'Mental Health Awareness Evening' on Monday, January 23 in the Gunn Club at Carrow Road.

Norwich City Fans Social Club will be hosting a 'Mental Health Awareness Evening' on Monday, January 23 in the Gunn Club at Carrow Road.

This event, beginning at 7.15pm, is free to attend and you will find an open, safe, and friendly atmosphere .

Simon Thomas and Darren Eadie will join host Michael Bailey on the night, as will Alan Neilson and Declan Rudd from the Norwich City Academy.

Whether you’ve had direct experience with mental health difficulties yourself, a family member, a work colleague, or a friend or want to know what to do should you experience mental health problems either personally, or with someone close to you, you are encouraged to come along.

The Fans Social Club currently have almost 20 mental health groups signed up for the event and attendees will have time to engage and talk to them to get an insight into their services.
