Norwich City Under-21s coach Alan Neilson says his side have two cup finals left, as they go in search of a play-off spot in the PL2 Division 2.
The Under-21s fell to defeat at home to Aston Villa, a result that sees the side sit in fifth place, currently occupying the final play-off spot.
Following the defeat, Neilson said his side have two massive games left with Newcastle United and Southampton to come.
"First half, I was quite happy with the performance, but not with the goals that we conceded. Second half, we didn't quite get a grip of the ball, or move the ball quick enough," he said.
"Aston Villa took a bit of control in the second half which I felt was different from the first where we were more dominant. We lacked the cutting edge in the final third. We got into good situations but that final pass wasn't quite there.
"We've got two games left, two cup finals. Newcastle away in a couple of weeks will be huge. I think if we won tonight, we'd only have needed one point to stay above Villa in the play-offs but now we're level on points with the same amount of games.
"There's two big games left, and we need to make sure we go out there and perform. We've got to get a result at Newcastle, and then Southampton above us so we know it'll be a tough game.
"We need to keep working hard, we'll look over things that we didn't do too well, but also praise the players for the things they did do well."
