The FAWNL League Cup has introduced a group stage for the competition this season, with Norwich City Women's first fixture due to take place against Peterborough United on Tuesday, August 19.
The new format sees teams placed in a localised draw, the Canaries to face Peterborough United, Real Bedford and Cambridge United in Group L.
Once the group stage is completed and each team has played each other once, the 22 group winners and 10 best runners-up will progress to the cup knockout stage.
The plate knockout stage will be made up of the remaining 12 runners-up and 20 best third-place teams, with both commencing on Sunday, October 19.
