Nominations are now open for the 2021/22 Michelle Dack Fan of the Season award.
Michelle, who sadly passed away in January 2018, attended many Norwich City matches over the years, including 908 consecutive games by the time of her last match at Portman Road in October 2017. Her commitment to the Canaries epitomises everything that the award embodies.
Supporters of all ages can be nominated for the Michelle Dack Fan of the Season Award and we encourage you all to get in touch with your stories for who you believe to be the best contender.
Nominations are open from Friday, March 25 and will close on Monday, April 4.
Once nominations are closed, club staff will identify our top three finalists, giving you the opportunity to have the deciding vote.
