The Norwich City AGM for 2023 took place at Carrow Road on Thursday, November 30.
The club's board of directors, including Mark Attanasio, were all present on the top table, alongside recently-appointed sporting director Ben Knapper.
Thomas Smith opened the meeting with a welcome followed by thanks for former executive committee members Sam Hall and Stuart Webber, and director Michael Foulger.
Legal and governance director James Hill then conducted the formal business of the evening.
The following resolutions were all carried by majority vote:

2 Re-appointment of Director (Michael Wynn-Jones)
3 Re-appointment of Director (Thomas Smith)
4 Appointment of Auditors (MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP) Pre-submitted questions were then answered by the club's directors before shareholders in attendance were also offered the opportunity to ask questions of the top table. Some of the topics covered included women's football and the future progress of Norwich City Women's team, the annual report, club fundraising and the current men's first-team squad. At the end of the night, joint-majority shareholders Michael Wynn-Jones, Delia Smith and Mark Attanasio took part in interviews with various local media outlets.
