Over 150 shareholders attended the club's 2024 Annual General Meeting at Carrow Road on Wednesday, November 13.
Director Tom Smith opened proceedings with a summary of the reporting year for the football club that included a video, before highlighting the work of the club's Community Sports Foundation.
Mr Smith asked all in attendance to take a moment for members of the Norwich City community that had passed away since the last AGM, including former player Terry Allcock and former coach Craig Shakespeare.
Legal and governance director James Hill took the room through the formal resolutions, before the panel of board members and club executives responded to pre-submitted questions and questions from the floor.
Among the key topics covered in the Q+A session were stadium infrastructure, player trading and contracts and Norwich City Women.
During the evening Mark Attanasio and Tom Smith each paid tribute to Delia Smith and Michael Wynn Jones for their stewardship of the club during their tenure as majority shareholders.
