Norwich City are proud to announce the formation of a new accessibility working group, set to begin in the 2025/26 season.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in the club's ongoing commitment to improving the matchday experience and wider engagement for disabled supporters.
The idea for the working group was first raised during the accessibility fan forum held in March during the Unite for Access campaign fortnight. The forum highlighted the importance of giving disabled fans a stronger voice and deeper involvement in shaping accessibility at Carrow Road and across all club operations.
The new group will meet at least three times each season, and will play a key role in shaping club policies, facilities and communication strategies concerning accessibility. Its core focus will be to enhance dialogue between Norwich City and its disabled supporters, ensuring that feedback is acted upon and future plans are truly inclusive.
The working group will include a diverse mix of supporters and relevant staff members from across the club, creating a collaborative platform for ideas, improvements, and accountability.
