In November, we revealed our new club crest as part of a wider brand evolution. This has been shortlisted for the Best Club Marketing Initiative award. We have been shortlisted for the Best Fan Engagement by a Club award for our [Junior Canaries website](https://www.juniorcanaries.co.uk/), which provides bespoke competitions and activities for young Norwich City fans. With the launch of our official eSports team, 1J Esports, we have been shortlisted for the Best Innovation by a Club award. 1J Esports [recently became winners](https://www.canaries.co.uk/content/norwich-city-are-winners-of-the-epremierleague) of the ePremierLeague at the Grand Finals in London. The club has also been shortlisted for the Sustainability Award for its partnership with Kotkamills, which is [developing a pathway to a greener future](https://www.canaries.co.uk/club/sustainability).
