The Premier League has announced new anti-discrimination measures, which support clubs to issue league-wide bans for proven cases of discriminatory abuse.
Along with Norwich City and the 19 other clubs, the Premier League is reinforcing that any form of discriminatory and abusive conduct is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Norwich City is a ‘Home for Everyone’ and we will not tolerate any action which undermines the inclusivity of our club or our footballing community. We commit to stand against any discriminatory abuse based on race, sexual orientation, gender, and all other diverse characteristics, whether visible or non-visible.
Zoe Ward, executive director, said: “While the majority of our supporters follow our games in an inclusive way, there remains a small minority of fans who continue to behave in a discriminatory and abusive manner, acting against our club’s values and, in some cases, the law.
"Every incident reported to us will be investigated and where evidence allows us to identify those involved in discriminatory behaviour or abuse, whether in person or online, we will not hesitate to take action in line with our procedures and the Premier League’s guidance."
Norwich City have already banned a number of supporters this season for discriminatory abuse. In order to give the club the best chance to eliminate discriminatory abuse in our environments, please report any abuse that you see or hear as soon as possible.
On a matchday, supporters are asked to report any incidents during the match when possible, by speaking to their nearest steward, or via SMS by texting REPORT to 80011, providing as much information as possible regarding the location and identity of the individuals involved.

Following any allegations of discriminatory behaviour, we will work together with the relevant authorities to identify perpetrators.
