Sky Bet Championship action returns to Carrow Road on Saturday as we face Coventry City at 3pm
We’ll be looking to make it four wins in four, following Tuesday’s dramatic stoppage time 2-1 win over Birmingham City.
The opposition
Mark Robins’ Coventry side have only managed to play four of their opening fixtures so far this season due to unsafe pitch conditions, as deemed by the EFL.
The Blues’ started their season with a 1-1 draw away to Sunderland and have since been unable to collect any points in their following games against Millwall, Hull and Preston North End.
The club were also unable to progress further through the Carabao Cup, after a 4-1 loss to Bristol City knocked them out at round one.
Those results put them bottom of the table, 12 points behind Norwich City in second.
The two clubs are not short of player and manager links throughout the seasons, as a number of names share a history with each side, including manager Mark Robins, Leicester star James Maddison, Canary left-back Sam McCallum, club ambassador Darren Huckerby, Jacob Murphy, Simeon Jackson, Dion Dublin, Elliot Ward and Sammy Clingan.

In 124 games between the two sides, the Canaries have only collected 35 wins compared to Coventry’s 54, with 35 meetings ending with the points shared.
Last time we met, Norwich ran out 2-0 winners at St Andrew’s as Teemu Pukki and Emi Buendía claimed the goals before half time in February 2021.

Gavin Ward will be refereeing Saturday’s match at Carrow Road, with Bhupinder Gill and Mark Stevens as his assistants. Will Finnie will be the fourth official.
