Norwich City put in a positive display at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers but had to settled for a draw despite creating many more chances than the visitors.
The Canaries had 14 shots to Wolves' five but were not able to make the most of the opportunities created with Teemu Pukki the closest to breaking the deadlock midway through the second half.
Head coach Dean Smith made one change to the side that started the 2-1 victory over Southampton, with Josh Sargent replacing Todd Cantwell in the starting XI.
Wolverhampton also made one change with Fransisco Trincao replacing Daniel Podence in the starting line-up.
Norwich started the match brightly with Sargent showing good strength down the right to shake of a challenge from Roman Saïss before delivering a low ball into the box.
Moments later the Canaries attacked down the left with Milot Rashica feeding a ball into Teemu Pukki in the box but his turn and shot was wayward as was an effort from Sargent, 20 yards out, a minute later.
Wolves’ first effort came on the 10th minute, but Grant Hanley put enough pressure on Jiménez as the Mexican fired a cross from the left over the bar.
However, it was Norwich who were looking the more threatening and after good work from Rashica and Billy Gilmour, Pukki was sent clear down the left side of the box but his effort across goal was well blocked by Max Kilman.
Just after the half hour mark, Pukki was then hauled down by Ruben Neves which allowed Rashica to send a free kick from 30 yards out inches wide of the right-hand post.
Dean Smith was forced into a first half change though as Mathias Normann went off injured to be replaced by Lukas Rupp, who was making his 50th Premier League appearance as a result.
However, Norwich almost gifted Wolves the opener just before half-time when Hanley turned and played an underhit backpass to Tim Krul, who then had to clear under pressure from Jimenez and save a shot from Joao Moutinho after his clearance fell to the Wolves midfielder 30 yards from goal.
There was still one last chance for the Canaries before the interval as Max Aarons played a neat one-two on the edge of the area before firing an angled shot that Jose Sa blocked well.
There was an opening for Wolves at the start of the second half as Hwang Hee-chan crossed to the back post for Jimenez but his header back across goal was cleared out of the six yard box before it could reach Moutinho.
However, moments later Norwich back on the attack as Aarons crossed for Rashica to fire an effort just wide. There was then appeals for a penalty as Gilmour nutmegged Semedo before being pushed away from getting on the ball in the box.
Just before the 70 minutes mark both sides made changes with Adama Troaré coming on for Francisco Trincao and the hard working Josh Sargent replaced by Christos Tzolis.
However, it was fellow substitute Rupp who created the next chance as he threaded a pass through to Pukki in the area but Sa was quickly off his line and blocked the Finn's shot well. Norwich started to up the pressure after that with Brandon Williams and Max Aarons getting forward well from full-back positions to support the attack.
Then, with 11 minutes remaining, Tzolis found Rupp in the box but his effort lacked power and Sa saved comfortably. In the end that proved to be the last meaningful effort on target as the Canaries, despite their dominance, were forced to setlle for a point.
