Norwich City were pegged back by a late equaliser from SV Zulte Waregem as they drew with the Belgian Pro League side 1-1 at the Elindus Arena.
Errol Mundle-Smith opened the scoring in the first half, before the hosts levelled late on via Abdoulaye Traore.
The Belgian side were reduced to 10 men after Enrique Lofolomo was sent off for a lunging challenge on Emiliano Marcondes.
Marcondes came the closest to opening the scoring in a quiet first half at the Elindus Arena, with the Dane heading wide from a Mundle-Smith cross.
And moments later, the Canaries found the opener. Mundle-Smith shot through a crowd of players and his effort took a nick from a defender and found its way beyond Brent Gabriel in the Zulte Waregem goal.
Josh Sargent nearly doubled the lead just before the break, but the American's shot was smothered by Gabriel.
Norwich were also reduced to 10 men two minutes into the second half, as AJ Bridge was red for a late challenge.
Jeppe Erenbjerg almost equalised for the hosts, but saw his side-footed effort bounce wide of Vladan Kovačević's post.
Vicente Reyes was called into action within 60 seconds of replacing Kovačević, getting down well to push away an effort from Jelle Vossen.
Sargent thought he had doubled the Canaries' lead, with his effort being ruled out for offside.
A youthful City side was introduced in the game's closing stages, with Damari Daley heading wide.
And late on, the Belgian side would find an equaliser. Traore would fire beyond Reyes to level.
Norwich continue their pre-season preparations with a friendly against Greek side Olympiacos on Friday, July 25.
