Norwich City forward Teemu Pukki has been called up to the Finland squad for their final two World Cup qualifiers.
Going into November's international break, Finland are third in Group D, one point behind Ukraine, four behind France, one ahead of Bosnia and Herzegovina and five ahead of Kazakhstan. Only the top two teams can qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
However, Finland have one game in hand on Ukraine. That will be played against Bosnia away from home at 2pm on Saturday, November 13. A win would see Finland rise to second, meaning the qualification would be decided on the final matchday of Tuesday, November 16.
It will be no small feat for Finland, who host France at 7.45pm, while Ukraine kick-off in Bosnia at the same time.
Should Pukki play in both matches, he'll be making his 100th Finland appearance against France with the potential of qualifying for the World Cup.
