Ashley Barnes says it rests on the whole team to hold their hands up after Tuesday night's defeat away to Watford, as he reflects in his post-match interview.
"We're completely disappointed, lost for words really.
"To be 2-0 up and playing well, then to throw it all away and come home with nothing just hurts.
"The supporters can be rightly disappointed as well as we are, it's not a nice feeling one bit.
"We all need to stick together in this difficult time."
The loss means the Canaries now have three losses in the last five games, after recent positive performances and wins against Cardiff City and QPR.
"We've had a couple of good wins but now we have to dust ourselves down and we've got another game to go and put it right at the weekend.
"To rebuild our confidence again we have to go back to basics; the way that we've conceded the goals tonight is disappointing.
"I don't think we put together more than three passes all night, there were far too many turnovers and that's on all of us to hold our hands up."
