Norwich City goalkeeper George Long says that the belief remains within the squad that they can turn around the current run of form.
The Canaries are now without a win in four league games and have dropped to 14th in the standings after defeat to Middlesbrough but Long says that the squad aim to stick together and turn it around.
"A tough result at home, one we were hoping to get three points from," he said.
"It's been a difficult period results-wise but I think the boss just reiterated in there that we stick together and it's up to us to put it right. I think we will, we've got a great group of lads, great quality as well so I think it's just about getting the basics done well again and grinding out results."
The summer signing from Millwall had previously only featured in League Cup action before Angus Gunn had to be replaced during Saturday's fixture against Leeds.
And with a trip to Sunderland still to come this week, he says that working on the minor details of their game plan to right the recent results.
"You can see the quality in the team, the calibre of players we've got, the work ethic is there, we've just got to iron out those little bits that are costing us at the minute - just giving teams is killing us. The quality and the belief is still there so it's just about us putting it right now.
"The games come thick and fast, we've got to put it right Saturday and give ourselves some momentum. We've got full belief we can do that."
