Norwich City head coach Philippe Clement expressed his frustrations following Saturday afternoon's defeat to Ipswich Town and said the team 'need to hurt'.
"It's hard to lose a derby, we know how important it is to the fans, for all of us and everybody in the building.
"Everybody was up for it, we started the game well and then we have this penalty against us which is a complete joke.
"The attacking player touches the ball first but then he dives into Anis (Ben Slimane) and Anis doesn't even touch his legs.
"It's a pure dive and for that I am really frustrated.
"We get this penalty against us and they get the momentum when they were suffering and they were suffering all game, Ipswich.
"We moved the ball well but in the final third we were not decisive enough today, we were not ruthless enough and that is what we missed in the final third this game.
"I expected more from Ipswich, to give us more problems when they had the ball but our team did it really good; our pressing, our defensive work, we almost didn't give away chances, a few chances in counter-attacks was all.
"They have a lot of quality there, we know, so a lot of things we did were really good; the way we moved the ball, the way we came to the final third but the decision making was not good enough today and that's the big point to work on after this game, to make this story better and better.
"We need to hurt now and it's good to feel this pain after losing a game and losing a derby but it needs to give us fuel to become better for the future."
