Ante Crnac was Norwich City's main man in the 4-2 win against Luton Town, scoring twice and setting up the important third goal.
The Croatian centre-forward made it three goals in two games, and took his tally for the season to four, with two first-half strikes against the Hatters.
He also, unselfishly, picked out Emi Marcondes for the third goal when he could have sought out his hat-trick.
"We played good football. We made some mistakes but that's how it is, we still scored more goals and tried to be the better team. I think we showed that we are," Crnac said post-match.
The 20-year-old has been finding his feet in English football throughout the opening weeks of the season.
However, he now feels that he's in a good place in within the squad.
"Of course, confidence grows but I think it's growing from match to match. I just need to focus and keep working in trainings, and try to be better every training and every match," he added.
"I always believed in myself, I know how I'm working during the week and I knew it would show off.
"They're (team-mates) trying to help me, of course, everybody. Every single one was happy for me. I'm glad that I've joined a team with very good people.
"It's very special to play in front of those fans and this stadium, I can't wait to get back every time."
