Norwich City defender Shane Duffy said there's a good feeling in the dressing room after the side's 1-0 win away to Preston North End.
Gabriel Sara scored the only goal of the game as the Canaries finished as winners at Deepdale.
"It was a tough game in difficult conditions," Duffy said.
"The way they play, it's very direct. A lot of balls into the box, but a clean sheet and a win, it's a good feeling.
"I'm feeling good. We had to make the decision midweek that I wouldn't play all three, but I'm getting more match fitness and feeling stronger. Another week now, and it's all about resting and recovering.
"We have to keep going, treat every game the same and don't get distracted by the noise outside. That's what the manager has been saying all season."
Duffy pointed to the team's composure in being key to sealing the three points.
Something he also says will be needed over the final three games to secure a play-off spot.
"Even when it wasn't going well, we didn't get distracted and when it's going well, don't get too high. A lot of lads here have been there and done it, we'll keep everyone level-headed and going again, it's another three points and go again Saturday," he said.
"A lot of lads would have played three games in a week, and we've got a really small squad at the moment. We'll manage a few of the lads, and have got through those games. We can start early in the week ahead of Bristol City, and we all know what a big game that is."
