Angus Gunn says that the draw against Bristol City is the 'poorest Norwich City have been at home for a long time'.
The Scotland international made a number of vital saves as the Canaries could only secure a point in their hunt for the play-offs.
"We wanted to win to solidify our position, but I think how the game went and how well Bristol City played, and we know we were slightly off our game, we'll take the point," Gunn said.
"That was our poorest performance at home for a while. We are disappointed but we've done a lot of good work in the season here so far. That's put us in the position we are now so I hope we can look back on it at the end of the season as a positive point."
Commenting on his own performance, which claimed most of the plaudits on the day, Gunn was pleased to play his part but admitted he'd be much happier watching the action at the far end.
With another home game next weekend, Gunn is hoping for a better showing.
"It's important that if we're not on it, and come under the cosh, that I'm there to help the team and make saves. Luckily, I was able to do that today but I'd much rather be standing there watching the lads scoring goals at the other end. It's not like that all the time and, like I said before, hopefully by the end of the season, that's a positive point.
"Our next home game against Swansea, we'll be coming out firing and try and finish the job off."
