Norwich City goalkeeper George Long says that they were lacking the finishing touches as the Canaries were held to a 1-1 draw by Bristol Rovers.
An early Ashley Barnes strike gave Norwich the lead but Grant Ward equalised five minutes later and there would be no further separation of the sides.
It's a frustrating one really," Long said.
"We were lacking that final bit of quality to break them down, put a finish on it and win the game. We had the majority of the ball but couldn't put that final touch on it."
The shot-stopper was reliable when called upon but could do nothing about the visitors' equaliser.
"It's always annoying when you make a decent save but the rebound gets followed up. It's a good hit to be fair, the goal, but it's just one of those. Sometimes they get cleared and you move on but that one was unfortunate.
"I wasn't overly busy, I had a couple of decent saves like you said. We sort of knew we'd have a lot of the ball so the majority of it was playing out from the back, short passes. As I said, we were just lacking that bit of quality in the final third to break them down."
A replay will now be needed at Memorial Stadium in just over a week's time.
"We've just got to have a strong mentality away from home, and go for the win. We know we've got the quality in the dressing room and the strength in depth in the squad as well. So, whichever team plays, there's a lot who haven't played today, we'll back ourselves to go there and win."
