Kenny McLean says that the players take responsibility for what's going on, following Norwich City's 3-1 defeat at home to Blackburn Rovers.
It's now four league defeats in a row for Norwich and McLean says that there is a lot of 'disappointment and anger' in the dressing room.
"Yet again, we're conceding goals and gifting goals. We're giving ourselves too much to do, it's disappointing," he said.
"Through the whole club, you can see it, there's a frustration. There's disappointment and anger in the changing room as well. We're trying to find the answers of how to put things right.
"We worked hard all week and within 10, 15 minutes, we're 2-0 down. That's where we find ourselves at the minute. Conceding too many chances, conceding too many goals. Not doing enough at the top end of the pitch."
He also said that the squad need to stick together if they are to turn around the current form.
They travel to Cardiff next week for their final fixture before the November international break.
"We need to dig deep. We're in such a bad moment, we're not shying away from that. The only way of getting out of that is sticking together. That's what we need to continue to do," he added.
"I've been here a long time, I would never just shrug off what's going on. It genuinely hurts, we need more. Responsibility is such a big thing, and that's we need to start taking. As soon as we go on that pitch, we've got that responsibility to play for this club.
"We're working hard, that'll not be the case. If someone wasn't, they'd know about it. I'm a fan myself, if I was in the stands, I'm showing my frustrations and that anger. We get it, we take responsibility for what's going on."
