Norwich City's Josh Sargent says he is embarrassed by the clubs current run of results following the 3-1 defeat at The Den.
City have won just once in 10 fixtures, losing four of the last five.
"I think the best way to say it is embarrassing. We struggle so much with teams who are direct against us," Sargent said.
"Our recent form has not been good enough. Everyone feels that, we can feel the frustration from the fans. It's just not good enough from us."
Despite the current run, Sargent outlines that the players and coaches continue to look for solutions on the training ground and in games.
"I'm at a loss for words. Honestly, I think we can all feel it. We're all trying to figure out what's going on at the moment.
"Clearly, we're not solving it well enough. We have two games left, we need to show the fans something, we need to show passion, we need to show we deserve to wear this badge and represent this club. That's the bottom line. In these last two games, we have to show that."
The USA international believes that refreshing from the core skills is what is needed at this stage of the season.
"It starts with the basics, it starts with the bare minimum, just making simple passes, just keeping the ball, working hard defensively, getting organised defensively on set-pieces. The game can still go whichever way but the fans need to see that we're working hard."
