Norwich City head coach David Wagner praised his side's mature performance as they were 1-0 winners over Preston North End in the Sky Bet Championship.
Gabriel Sara struck late to give the Canaries all three points at Deepdale, keeping Norwich in the Championship play-off places.
"From my point of view, apart from the physical challenge the players took on, we played very maturely," Wagner said.
"We were calm in a game where the opponents put so much pressure on.
"We kept our heads cool, made so many good decisions with the ball as well. Unfortunately, we didn't kill the game earlier, but we had this magic moment from Gabby.
"I think we defended very good, apart from the set-pieces, where they were a threat. It was, overall, a top performance in ball possession.
"We were very calm, didn't need to rush. We should've scored more and we were defensively super solid. We also had another clean sheet which is a bonus as well."
The head coach also confirmed the reason behind the lack of Christian Fassnacht this afternoon, and was pleased to welcome back Jonny Rowe, who came off the bench.
"Fasi was not involved for a very good and positive reason. Maybe already, I haven't checked my mobile phone, will have his baby, maybe later or tomorrow.
"He is in hospital with his wife, so all the best and fingers crossed for them. And obviously, Jonny made his comeback today.
"I think he was super sharp, a good decision as well as he was a big influence in the 25 minutes. Hopefully, with another week of training, we can give him some further minutes."
