Norwich City defender Jaden Warner says making his debut for the club is "a dream come true", as he started against Fulham in the Carabao Cup.
The 20-year-old started at Craven Cottage, making his first competitive appearance for the club's first-team after progressing through the academy.
"It's a dream come true," Warner said. "It's a proud day for me and my family. It was a great day.
"Obviously, it's a big jump up \[from the academy\], but I think training with the first-team every day gets me used to the tempo and against great players with great quality."
Warner played at centre-back, alongside Ben Gibson and highlighted his defensive partner's strengths, before talking about his own aspirations for the rest of the season.
"He's great to be fair, he was talking to me throughout the game and giving me tips. That communication is key, and he's one of the best in the team for it. A good experience.
"I'd love to get more minutes, it's great to be around it and I just want to be involved more. That's the target."
