Norwich City midfielder Jacob Wright reflected on the 2-1 defeat away to Plymouth Argyle in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Canaries found themselves two goals down at half-time, as Ryan Hardie scored a brace for the home side.
Josh Sargent pulled one back in the second half, but Plymouth claimed the victory at Home Park.
"It's definitely a frustrating one," Wright said. "We started really well, first 25 minutes. They didn't have much of a sniff to be honest and we dominated the game, controlled the ball and then five minutes cost us.
"Five minutes of madness, concede two goals and it's an uphill battle. We got the goal straight after half-time to give us a bit of hope, but it wasn't enough in the end.
"We're dominating and creating chances, but we're also conceding easy ones. Just out of nowhere, we're conceding goals, sloppy goals. You've got to find a way to improve that and stop that from happening.
"Definitely a deflating one. We had a lot of belief after the West Brom game, we kept a clean sheet and it was a positive win. We were a lot more solid defensively too.
"Then today, we concede two sloppy goals. We'll regroup and go again on Tuesday. We've got to start winning games if we want to make the play-offs. We still believe that's 100 per cent possible and we've got to do whatever is in our power to make that happen."
