Alex Roberts scored a brace as Norwich City Under-18s claimed a 2-1 win away to Under-18 Premier League South leaders Chelsea.
Chelsea started off brightly, knowing a win would secure the U18PL South title, and had chances through Shumaira Mheuka and Ato Ampah.
Errol Mundle-Smith and Trialist came close in the first half for Norwich, with efforts coming close to the Chelsea goal.
Four minutes before half-time, the Canaries were ahead. Jaiden Owen found Roberts with a long ball forward, who rounded the goalkeper to score.
In the second half, the Norwich Trialist in goal denied Donnell McNeilly from the penalty spot. However, moment later, McNeilly equalised after Genesis Antwi's pass.
The hosts came close to taking the lead, creating chances through McNeilly and Ampah, before Frankie Runham's corner hit the crossbar.
Owen and Roberts would combine once again as Norwich found the winner. The ball forward put Roberts through one-on-one, and he finished confidently.
Greg Crane's side conclude their U18PL South campaign at home to Brighton & Hove Albion next Saturday.
