Jonathan Rowe says it's good to see the players gel together, following Norwich City's 6-1 win away to King's Lynn Town.

"The \[warm\] conditions made it a bit difficult for us to get the intensity right, but we ended up doing the job in the end," he said.

"Everyone got some good minutes, and it was good to see everyone gel together and build chemistry. And it was a good win as well.

"I came close to scoring. People don't expect me to be good in the air, but I surprise people. It was a good leap, and hopefully I'll be able to score a header this season.

Rowe missed the majority of Norwich's 2022/23 campaign with injury, featuring off the bench towards the end of April. And now the winger is hoping to kick on this year and progress his involvement in the first team.

"I worked really hard in the off-season, achieving targets I wanted to achieve. I wanted to come back in the best possible condition, especially after last season. Being healthy is the main thing.

"I love you guys \[the fans\], you're what make us keep going. You're the people that elevate us and lift our spirits.

"I love going on tour, giving us a chance to express ourselves in these two games, especially us younger players. Hopefully we can get some good minutes, some goals, as well as the running and training side of things too."
