Borja Sainz has been named as the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for September.
The Spanish winger scored four goals as Norwich City won two of their three fixtures.
He scored in first-half injury time to restore the Canaries' advantage against Watford, making it 2-1 and providing the platform for City to go on and win 4-1.
The following week Sainz scored his first senior career hat-trick, guiding City to a 3-2 victory away at Derby County.
A clever backheel was the first of the three, coming late in the first half.
A powerful run and strike made it two for both City and Sainz before Josh Sargent's swift counter-attack crafted a gilt-edged chance for the third.
Sainz said: “I’m so happy to win this award, but first and foremost it also comes down to my team-mates and the staff. They help me every single day, and that’s so important for me.
“The hat-trick against Derby was special for me, as it was my first in professional football. It helped the team win, and that is what is important for me.
“I’m working every day to improve. The head coach, players and staff have belief in me, and I will continue to give my all for this club.”
Sky Sports’ EFL pundit Don Goodman, a member of the judging panel, said: “Borja Sainz had a terrific month for Norwich City. His standout performance was against Derby where he bagged a spectacular hat-trick.
“He is the man of the moment at Carrow Road and was the central figure in a good month for the Canaries that has helped them climb to seventh in the table.”
Sainz has also already won both the club's goal and player of the month awards, while his hat-trick against Derby saw him in the EAFC team of the week.
