Norwich City duo David Wagner and Gabriel Sara have been nominated for the Sky Bet Championships monthly awards for March.
Wagner is on the shortlist for the league's Manager of the Month after four wins in five games.
During the month, the Canaries moved up into the top six thanks to the wins against Sunderland, Rotherham United, Stoke City and Plymouth Argyle.
Kieran McKenna (Ipswich Town), Daniel Farke (Leeds United) and Carlos Corberan (West Brom) are also shortlisted for the award.
In the Player of the Month category, Gabriel Sara is nominated after three goals and two assists in five games.
The Brazilian was in scintillating form and has already clinched the club's own Player of the Month and Goal of the Month awards for March.
Mikey Johnston (West Brom), Leif Davis (Ipswich Town) and Ellis Simms (Coventry City) are the other names on the shortlist.
The judging panel for the awards is comprised of Sky Sports EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
They will be announced on Friday, April 12.
