Oscar Schwartau has been named as Norwich City’s Etty Smith Young Player of the Season for the 2025/26 campaign.
After joining from Brøndby IF in 2024, the Denmark Under-21 international quickly became a regular in the Canaries’ side, making 42 appearances last campaign.
Still only 19, the midfielder has continued his upward trajectory this season, featuring 38 times, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
Schwartau had been directly involved in three goals across his last three outings before an injury brought his season to a premature end at Bristol City.
On winning the award, the Dane said: "to be honest I am just very, very grateful. I’m very happy to receive this award, it means a lot."
The award was formally presented to Schwartau ahead of kick-off against Swansea City by Neil Adams.
