Whilst all at Norwich City are excited at the prospect of welcoming fans back to games at Carrow Road, the club is also aware of ongoing challenges supporters may be facing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The club has several options available for those season ticket holders who may continue to be affected by the pandemic.
Season tickets holders have the option of deferring their 2021/22 ticket for the entirety of the season, through to the start of the 2022/23 season.
The deadline for season tickets holders to defer their 2021/22 season ticket is 5pm on Friday, August 13. Those season ticket holders wishing to defer their season ticket should contact the ticket office via one of the below methods.
Alternatively, season ticket holders also have the option to sell their 2021/22 seat back to the club on a match-by-match basis through the club’s buy-back scheme.
Season ticket holders can take advantage of the buy-back scheme when tickets go on sale to members. If the club are successful in selling your season ticket seat, supporters will receive funds on their online ticketing account no later than five working days after the fixture date.
Please see the below for the exact value that supporters who sell their season ticket seat will receive per match, dependent on the category of the season ticket.
Over-65s and under-21s: £15
Upon receiving final guidelines and protocols from the Premier League, the club will communicate further details in relation to supporter attendance at the upcoming fixtures at Carrow Road.
