Norwich City men’s first team season ticket holders are now able to renew their season ticket for the 2025/26 season.
The process will take place on the website of the club’s new ticketing provider SeatGeek - a guide on how to complete your renewal can be found here.
The first deadline to renew for the best possible price is 5pm on Thursday, March 13.
Like all businesses, the club faces rising costs, which is reflected by a small increase in season ticket pricing for the 2025/26 season.
The club have worked to minimise the impact on supporters; the average increase to general admission season tickets is under £1 per game for adults and under 40p per game for concessions.
To help spread the cost of season tickets, the club will continue to offer an interest and fee-free direct debit payment option. The prices for each area of the stadium are shown below.
As well as access to all of the Canaries’ home league games, season ticket holders will have purchase priority for all league and cup games ahead of general sale, as well as a 10 per cent discount on official Norwich City merchandise online and in-store.
Paying by interest-free direct debit
- Supporters who pay by direct debit have been automatically renewed for the 2025/26 season. No action is required unless you wish to cancel or have any changes to your personal details.
- Season ticket holders that do not currently pay by direct debit but wish to do so for the 2025/26 season should click here and follow the instructions to renew and select the direct debit option at checkout.

If preferred, supporters may also purchase over the phone by calling the ticket office on 01603 72 1902 (option one) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm).
Supporters are unable to renew their seat in person at the ticket office, club shop or city centre store.
