Season ticket renewals for the 2026/27 season will open on Monday, February 9, at 9.30am.
Existing season ticket holders have until 5pm on Wednesday, April 8, to renew and secure their seat.
Please note: This is the only deadline for renewals, which is a change from the previous process.
Season ticket seats not renewed by the deadline of 5pm on Wednesday, April 8, will be released. If there are season tickets available following the renewal process, supporters on the waiting list will be emailed on the week commencing April 13 with details of how they may purchase a season ticket.

Price categories for renewals for the upcoming season remain unchanged, and to help spread the cost, the club will continue to offer an interest and fee-free direct debit payment option.
Renew by 5pm on Wednesday, April 8, to secure your seat for the 2026/27 season:
Paying by interest and fee-free direct debit
- Supporters who pay by direct debit will automatically have their season ticket renewed for the 2026/27 season. No action is required unless you wish to cancel your ticket, change the seat owner or change your personal details.
- Season ticket holders that do not currently pay by direct debit but wish to do so for the 2026/27 season should visit tickets.canaries.co.uk (from Monday, 9.30am) and follow the instructions to renew and select the direct debit option at checkout.

If preferred, supporters may also renew over the phone by calling the ticket office on 01603 721902 (option one) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm).
Supporters are able to renew their seat in-person at the club’s Carrow Road ticket office on home matchdays from 9.30am.
Moving your seat
Season ticket holders wishing to move their seat will need to contact the ticket office on 01603 721902 (option one). The deadline for moving seats is May 29 at 5pm - supporters must have renewed by the April 8 deadline.

Season ticket seats that are not renewed by 5pm on Wednesday, April 8, will be released and made available for renewed season ticket holders who wish to move seats. Current season ticket holders that miss the deadline will be able to purchase their seat if it is still available at the higher purchase price shown below, rather than the pre-deadline renewal price.

Season Ticket Holder Benefits
Season ticket holders will have access to all of the Canaries’ home 2026/27 league fixtures as well as purchase priority for all league and cup games ahead of general sale.
Season tickets provide supporters with a 10 per cent discount on official Norwich City merchandise online and in-store.
