Carrow Road's South Stand concourse now features a new self-serve fast lane bar, which was piloted at the fixture with Stoke City.

Supporters are able to collect pre-poured pints of Estrella, or Greene King’s Level Head and Flint Eye, while innovative technology from hospitality solutions provider Kappture ensures they are charged the correct amount.

Tap, take, go - how to use the fast lane bar:

  • Tap a contactless payment device/card on the PDQ machine to gain entrance to the bar via a turnstile barrier
  • Collect pre-poured pint/s as required
  • Exit through a second turnstile barrier
  • OPTIONAL: Scan the QR code on the wall upon exit and enter payment card details to obtain a digital receipt

Yes, you will be charged for any drinks you remove from the bar and pass to friends before exit.

How does the Kappture technology work?

Cameras attach your anonymised image to your card at entry to identify what you pick up and exit with while in the bar.
