A first-half in which Alan Neilson's side raced into a 3-0 lead was the springboard for a 5-2 win over Leeds United in Premier League 2 Division 2.
Leeds' early pressure forced one chance for Cian Coleman and a penalty shout that was waved away but City would soon get a strong foothold.
Chances would follow for Marcelino Núñez, who was denied on three occasions, twice by Kris Klaesson and once by the post, while the 'keeper would also save from Sam McCallun.
Eventually though, it would be the Chilean to break the deadlock, striking in the 20th minute of the contest.
It could have been two immediately after but Adam Idah glanced his header just wide.
The scorer would turn provider for City's second and third, receiving the ball inside the Leeds penalty area before flicking into the path of Idah who prodded home.
The Chile international was fouled just minutes later to allow Abu Kamara to slot home the third from the spot.
After the break, City amped up the pressure further and chances came and went for Idah and Flynn Clarke.
Kamara also hit the post but it didn't deter him as he was on-hand to slot home his second and the Canaries' fourth just a minute later.
Núñez wouldn't be outdone though and he slipped in behind for his second just 15 minutes from time.
Leeds substitute Connor Douglas would hit back for them twice but at that point, it was a mere consolation.
