Norwich City would like you to take part in a survey on behalf of the Premier League so that we can hear more about your experiences of watching or attending Premier League matches, and the things that matter most to you about your club.
The survey covers a wide range of topics including how you follow your club, perceptions of its customer service and the performance of stadium facilities. Disabled fans who complete the survey will also be asked for their views on any dedicated services and facilities that they use.
Your insight will help the Premier League understand what matters most to you, as well as giving an understanding of any areas that require improvement.
