David Wagner gave an update on squad fitness in Tuesday's press conference ahead of the FA Cup third round replay against Bristol Rovers.
"Jaden Warner is ill, Grant Hanley is expected back in team training next week. Everyone is healthy but Josh Sargent will not travel, so that he doesn't play three games in a week," Wagner said.
"It could be an option for Warner to go out on loan, but we have a lot of games in front of us. Once we have played these games, we will have a better picture and can decide what's best for him."
Norwich City confirmed on Monday that Tony Springett would join Northampton Town on loan for the remainder of the season.
"Tony had a good pre-season and came on in a lot of games in the first part of the season.
"He's a great kid, works unbelievably hard, technically is all there too, but he needed to improve his end product in the games he did play, which he will improve during his loan."
On the January transfer window, he said: "It's a quiet window in general for all clubs; everything accelerates at the end of the window, so we will see what happens."
The Canaries took away all three points in their last Championship outing, which saw a 2-1 win over Hull City.
"I loved the togetherness, attitude, defensive part of the game and how the group dug deep. It's so important to have this feeling and this spirit, but we have to improve in ball possession."
Norwich picked up four yellow cards before half-time on the night, one of which was for Dimitris Giannoulis.
"Dimi has 100% not \[made the challenge\] on purpose but his arm was quite high. I have spoken with him about this and it was 100% not on purpose, so I think the referee's decision of the yellow card was the correct decision."
The first fixture against Bristol Rovers in the previous week ended 1-1, with goals for Ashley Barnes and Grant Ward.
"We were not happy with the first leg, so now we will make sure that our mindset is right, and we are ready for the fight, which we will expect there. We will do anything to beat Bristol Rovers away."
Should Norwich City progress in Wednesday's fixture against the Pirates, a trip to Anfield is on the cards in the fourth round.
"You should enjoy a game like this, it's a difficult place to go but I think all of my players would love it too, not just Bristol Rovers.
"We will take this game super serious, we have to make sure we perform to the very highest level.
"I had a call from Jürgen \[Klopp\] immediately after the draw was made, but the focus is only on tomorrow for now and for both sides, this is how it should be.
"We know the rewards before the game but that makes it even more exciting."
