Philippe Clement has confirmed that there are no fresh injury concerns ahead of Norwich City's first home fixture of 2026.
In positive news, Senegalese winger Papa Amadou Diallo has been out for several months and now looks to be making his first on-pitch steps towards a return.
Clement also outlined how important it was for José Córdoba to complete his first full 90 minutes since injury, excelling in the 2-1 win against QPR.
"In this period, with the amount of games, there are still some knocks and bruises. We'll assess but there are decisions to be made tomorrow," he said.
"I expect Papa back in training next week, partial not full, but it's good to see the next one back. José played his first full 90 minutes in some time so slowly we are getting people back.
"I saw good signs today in training, a lot of people in a good mood, training well, focused, the same in the meetings today and yesterday. There's very positive energy in the building.
"A positive sign for the whole group is they are recovering better than five or six weeks ago, there is a clear evolution there. That's a combination of a lot of things.
"It's a home game also, so I expect the fans to provide that energy when we get tired tomorrow."
Matěj Jurásek was the provider for Josh Sargent's opener at Loftus Road, making a surging run down the right-hand side before firing a cross to the back post.
Clement was asked about the Czech winger during his press conference.
"I said after the first game when I brought him in and took him off that it was on me. He took it in the right way, he worked hard with the staff, extra video meetings about positioning and he's worked himself into the team," he explained.
"He's far from his highest potential, he has a quality on the ball, he has a goal and assist in him. It's now our job to bring him to the physical level of the Championship and higher.
"It's good for him to see he's getting a reward for his hard work. And it's also a good signal to other players what they can do if they work hard. He is somebody who has confidence in himself, that was always there, it was more to do with physical ability and being ready to add defensive actions to his offensive actions."
Stoke City will be the first visitors to Carrow Road in 2026, arriving in NR1 on Sunday, January 4.
They've enjoyed a positive season under former Norwich player Mark Robins.
"It's a good team, a big challenge. They play good combination football with good wingers, a strong striker and good number 10 who is creative. We are still in a situation that almost all the teams we play against have more points than us. We need to challenge that and go into battle for the three points," Clement said of the Potters.
"They are well-structured, good ideas from the manager. I like the way they play football. They have a different dynamic than before, the offensive full-backs are not there at the moment. I had a lot of jobs to do the last few weeks with players out of position, it's part of the game."
