Norwich City are set to welcome three players back into the matchday squad for Sunday's game against Burnley.

Lukas Rupp, Max Aarons and Brandon Williams, who all missed Saturday's 0-0 draw away at Brighton & Hove Albion, are all training today (Friday) and are set to be available.

Dean Smith also confirmed that there is a couple of concerns around illnesses and Ozan Kabak is probably out for the season.

"We have got a couple of illnesses, but we won’t know how they are until tomorrow," he said. "I won’t go into who they are but we are not going to know if they are available yet.

"Ozan (Kabak) is going to go back to his parent club. It his a hamstring injury and I think it will rule him out for the season. It is a blow, but we have got the likes of (Christoph) Zimmermann who is fit now and pushing for place."

Speaking about the importance for Sunday's game, and asked if it was a must-win game, Dean added: “We are running out of games, we know that. We would like to be higher in the table and we would like our form to be better, but it is about doing the right things and working hard. We are getting into last chance saloon now, but that is an opportunity and hopefully the players grasp that opportunity."
