Norwich City head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup confirmed that there are no fresh injury concerns ahead of Sunday's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Middlesbrough.
The Dane said that some players are close to a return, whilst also reinforcing that two players will miss the next couple of weeks.
"Hopefully some of the guys who have been out for a while will be back soon. We expect Christian Fassnacht back start of next week, Jacob Sørensen has been back," he told the media.
"A couple of weeks from now for Angus Gunn. Same goes for Marcelino Núñez. We have to do it the conservative way, make sure he's fully fit when he gets back to us. Let's see if we can get him back before the international break.
"We make sure the players can be as comfortable as possible. We expect injuries, suspensions, we know we can't play with the same team every game. It's about developing the young guys and get the use out of the experienced players. It's a fine balance."
Hoff Thorup also spoke about Jack Wilshere's arrival at the club, following the 32-year-old's appointment as first-team coach at the club.
"What we're trying to build here, with young players and the ambition of how the game is to be played. he was a candidate from day one. We're happy to have him, he will add that quality. He's been around some of the best coaches.
"It's not bad for us that he can bring his experiences from his playing career. Based on his first few days, he is a very good fit for us."
Middlesbrough are the visitors to Carrow Road on Sunday and the head coach is expecting a different type of test to previous games.
"A completely different challenge. They cover spaces as a unit, we have to be good and strong. We have to anticipate the game well. We have to take control of the game. They like to be on the ball as well. That will be the first battle.
"Their players are comfortable in what they're doing. It's impressive and when they are good, they are very good. But it has to be down to us, how well we can start and find a rhythm in the game.
"We should expect this will be tight. We can get that extra boost from the stands, we need it. That will be important for us and we want to give the fans a good Sunday."
