Head coach Philippe Clement has spoken to the media ahead of Norwich City's home Sky Bet Championship fixture against Oxford United (7.45pm - Tuesday, November 25).
The Belgian has confirmed that there are no new injury concerns following the defeat against Birmingham City at the weekend.
He also added that the players unavailable for that fixture remain absent for the home fixtures this week against Oxford United and QPR.
After two days of analysis, Clement doubled down on his assessment of Saturday's defeat and outlined how they have relaid that message back to the squad.
"We know there is a job to be done, there was a big difference first and second half in our structure," he said.
"I won't go too much into detail around it, we don't want to make our opponents stronger. It was a long video session, a lot of things to address. We're building a house and the foundation is not good yet. We're looking for things that are better in this first game than before, more chances and more combination play.
"It's all staff together with the players engaged. I feel this group of players want to become better, they know it's necessary. They want to get results, they want more points. We need to gel together and grow out of that. There are a lot of new players, a lot of young guys having their first experience in another club, we need to adapt.
"In the first half, the structure wasn't good so they could play between our lines. If you are too far away from your opponent, you can't win a duel. That happened too often and we conceded three goals. In the second half, we conceded again because of a mistake in our passing. The good thing was the reaction in the second half, they showed resilience to keep fighting."
City head into tomorrow night's fixture five points behind Oxford United who sit just above the drop zone.
Clement has also emphasised the importance of making Carrow Road a more difficult place to play for opposition teams.
With QPR also coming to NR1 on Saturday, he is expecting to make some changes to his starting team.
"There will be some changes. It's necessary with the turnaround of three games in a week, some players would struggle otherwise with the recovery. There's long discussions with the staff to take a good assessment on how we can come through this week with as many points as possible," he added.
"The very important thing now is not to look back. We'll look forward and make things better, get this positive dynamic with the fans again.
"Everybody who has ever been on a pitch, they know the importance of how much energy fans can give you. The fans were amazing in Birmingham, even after a bad first half. They can have a guarantee from me that I'll push to make everything better.
"With their support, there can be a very good period for Norwich to come but we need them. We cannot take that for granted, we need to show them things on the pitch."
