Philippe Clement has confirmed that Oscar Schwartau and Mohamed Touré will be expected back in the squad after the upcoming March international break.
Both players have been out of action since mid-February having picked up muscle injuries - Schwartau against West Brom and Touré against Sheffield Wednesday.
"Too soon (this week). I expect Oscar and Mo back after the international window, to be in a squad. Any earlier would be a surprise," Clement said.
"We're still less than 48 hours after the game, a really short period, and we have players who still feel some things but it's nothing major.
"Everybody is on their path as expected, the longer term ones."
Daniel Grimshaw was replaced at half-time in the FA Cup defeat against Leeds at Elland Road.
Clement has ruled him out of Wednesday night's fixture with a calf injury picked up early in the first half.
"He will not be available, a lot of blood in the calf that needs to go out before he can be fit. It's a contact injury in that VAR moment in the first half. He wanted to continue but the moment he stood up, he couldn't walk anymore.
"That's the logical one, Louie (Moulden) has been doing really well in training, he'll be ready for the squad."
The Belgian also provided further updates on Pelle Mattsson who is expected to be available from tomorrow.
The Dane has rejoined full training with the rest of the squad.
"He trained, and trained well, the last two days. He looks fit, he's hungry, we know what we get from Pelle. He's available for the squad from now on and we're very happy with that.
"Sam (Field) did really well, Jacob (Wright) did really well, when Pelle was not there. It's good to have more competition now in this midfield so I can rotate them in the next couple of weeks because we have a massive amount of games."
City's run in the FA Cup came to end during that defeat at Elland Road and Clement says that his squad will have learned from the experience.
He indicated the differences between the two groups of players and the step up to Premier League level.
"It's higher intensity, it's different in physicality, in power, running capacity and intensity. That was the major difference. The other side is also ruthlessness. If you make mistakes, you pay for it much faster in the Premier League," he explained.
"They invested a lot of money since going to the Premier League, they were missing only one player, we missed 13. Players they dominated the Championship with last season are not playing very much now.
"I'm convinced for one game, we can close that gap. But for the 30 minutes in the first half that we were not good enough, we lost the game there. You need to have the total package at Premier League level."
Tomorrow's opponents are a team that were very close to making that step up last season, losing the play-off final to Sunderland.
However, after a difficult start, the Blades are on a strong run up the table with the top six firmly in their sights.
"They brought several experienced guys in during the January window but they play in a similar style, that's a lesson from the game we played there," Clement said.
"They've taken a lot if points from January on, they want to get to the play-offs. Chris (Wilder) has been very open about their ambitions to get to the play-offs. They were very close last season. They've got ex-English internationals into their squad, they'll come here to go fully for the three points.
"It'll be an interesting game for both sets of fans and neutrals, both teams will be playing to win.
"They play very direct, very vertical. We know what we will get so we need to stop that and play to our style. It's nothing to do with ranking, it's all about mindset."
